What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email, phone number and message you type in. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share. We don’t require an account.
How we use it
Only to answer your question, prepare a quote, and follow up about your project. Messages go to Dave Klumb at Space-Trac (dklumb@space-trac.com).
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. The form is delivered by an email-forwarding service (currently FormSubmit) acting only to pass your message to us; our website host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. Embedded YouTube videos are provided by YouTube and subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free traffic statistics to see which pages are useful.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records. Ask us any time to see, correct or delete what we have about you.
